Im looking to gain some muscle. Im about 6'3 195pounds not to fat and need to know what to do to gain some muscle besides hitting the gym. How many meals a day what kind of food? A gallon of water plus regular intake of soda a day to much or to little?

Cut out the sodas,
eat 6 meals a day, balanced with a good serving of protein, about 2-3 hours apart. Graze don't gorge.
Cut out your sugars.
Do some cardio to cut fat.
Be patient and stick to your plan.

This will probably get moved to health and fitness room.

hey guys i'm back!!!

so you want to gain some mass huh? well def eat bout 5-6 balanced meals a day. What you want is to eat like 1.5g per lbs of protein to help you gain mass.
Eat about every 2-3 hrs and balanced. I see you drink plenty of water and hey man lift hard.

There are many lifting princples like Dogg Crapp and others. See what works best. If you need anymore questions let me know.

Eat two Peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches, and then throw down a 1000+ calorie Protein shake before going to bed. I would do it at least an hour before you get horizontal to avoid upset stomach. Make sure you are working out.

High weight, low reps is the way to build mass
